We are committed to exceptional client care at Aqua Law Solicitors. This includes being open and transparent about our charges so there are no nasty surprises.
Pay as you go
Many of our clients prefer us to work on a pay-as-you-go basis. For this type of service, our standard hourly rate applies.
Fixed fees
In most cases, we can also fix our fees for the work we do. We’ll take into account the likelihood of additional and unexpected work and give you a fixed cost.
For Businesses: annual retainer
For a very small fixed monthly fee we offer businesses initial telephone legal advice.
Our Fees
We are happy to discuss our fees on each particular case, in order to work our a solution for clients.
We offer a free 15-20 minute initial consultation for most cases.
We can also offer an hour initial review of your matter, which costs £250, in order to give you an estimate of costs and steps required in your case.
Thereafter, our hourly rates are between £345-£395. However, we can apply discounts depending on the complexity of the matter, the steps required and if you are referred through acquaintances.
We also offer a fixed fee approach for certain types of work that require standard form applications. This is also dependent on the complexity of the matter. Prices can be discussed after our initial consultation.
